Rubber-Coated Drum: Recommended for workpieces that are prone to collision damage.

Oscillating Spray Gun System: Expands blasting coverage area and significantly improves efficiency.

Variable Frequency Drive (VFD): Allows adjustment of drum rotation speed to suit different workpiece requirements.

Automatic Rotary Drum Sandblasting Machine – Standard Model

Features & Operation

  • Specially designed for automatic sandblasting of small workpieces that are not easily damaged by collision.

  • Operation is simple: load a fixed quantity of workpieces into the drum, start the machine, and the blasting process is automatically controlled.

  • Equipped with standard functions such as:

    • Timed blasting

    • Automatic stop

  • Workpieces can be loaded and unloaded externally, ensuring easy handling and reducing operator exposure to dust contamination.

Loading Options

Two designs are available for workpiece loading/unloading:

  • Front-Loading Type

  • Side-Loading Type

Drum Specifications

  • Standard drum widths: 440 mm (front-loading, portable type) and 480 mm (side-loading, fixed type).

  • Custom drum sizes are also available upon request.
