The giant vibrating screening separator is primarily used for screening waste wood and construction waste. It efficiently separates coarse and fine materials (such as wood chips, sawdust, and large building blocks), supporting recycling and reuse, reducing waste, and lowering environmental pollution.

The Automatic Screening Vibratory Finishing Machine is suitable for workpieces prone to deformation or impact marks, as well as for grinding or sorting operations. The upper perimeter of the machine features a spiral-shaped inclined channel, where the mixture of workpieces and media flows forward in a helical motion toward the sorting area during the selection process.

Features:
• Adopts a horizontal rotary barrel. The barrel can be equipped with or without an inner lining, providing different functions. When the inner barrel is lined with rubber, it is acid-/alkali-resistant, wear-resistant, and prevents workpieces from colliding.
• Without an inner lining, the barrel is suitable for steel balls or steel workpieces, as it strengthens cutting force and achieves greater grinding efficiency.
• The barrel body can rotate freely and be set at a proper incline, making material discharge convenient.
• Among the grinding machine series, this is the simplest and most user-friendly model, ideal for processing, and offers the most cost-effective purchase price.
