Abrasive Stones Overview

Application:

Packaging & Specifications:
Typically packaged in 25 kg bags. Usage varies depending on machine model, for example:

  • BHOB-100 grill washer: approx. 1.5 bags per load

  • BHOB-200 grill washer: approx. 3 bags per load

Usage Characteristics

  • Consumable: Abrasive stones gradually wear down due to friction and must be replenished regularly to maintain cleaning performance.

  • Recommended Combination: For optimal results, use together with food-grade detergent to completely remove grease and ensure hygiene.

  • Applicable Scenarios: Widely used in barbecue restaurants, catering businesses, and other commercial venues that require frequent grill cleaning, significantly reducing manual labor.

Instructions for Use

  1. Preparation: Add the required amount of abrasive stones into the grill mesh washing machine (according to machine model).

  2. Add Detergent: Pour in food-grade detergent with an appropriate amount of water, ensuring the grill meshes are fully immersed and in contact with the stones.

  3. Start Cleaning: Activate the machine. Vibrating or tumbling motion causes the stones to rub against the grill meshes, removing dirt and residues.
