DETAIL

The giant vibrating screening separator is primarily used for screening waste wood and construction waste. It efficiently separates coarse and fine materials (such as wood chips, sawdust, and large building blocks), supporting recycling and reuse, reducing waste, and lowering environmental pollution.

Overview of Main Features

Rapid Classification: High-frequency vibration (acceleration up to 15g or more), allowing single-pass separation of multi-layer materials (coarse, medium, fine), with a processing capacity of 1-2 tons per hour.

Eco-Friendly Recycling: Fine dust (such as wood chips below 0.4mm) can be recycled for use in heating furnaces or building material remanufacturing, eliminating the need for disposal; low-energy design reduces dust dispersion and noise.

Applicable Materials: Waste wood, wood chips, construction garbage (such as laminated board waste, sintered soil), waste soil, sand and gravel, organic matter processing, with particle size range of 0.1mm-20mm.

Dust does not disperse, reducing air pollution; supports recycling of oily/non-oily raw materials.

High-purity recycling (such as wood powder for furnace fuel), supporting a circular economy; no manual cleaning required, reducing operational pollution.

Recycles fine wood chips for energy use, reducing waste; low maintenance, energy-saving, and carbon-reducing.

Highly customizable; simply replace the screening mesh to support more types of materials.
